#FBF with Melanie Rosson

#FBF with Melanie Rosson

In honor of Flashback Friday, we wanted to re-feature Melanie Rosson, an artist from San Francisco. As part of a campaign, we asked artists to submit posters that depicted powerful messages about the tobacco industry and living a smoke-free lifestyle. Melanie participated as part of that campaign and shared with us her design based off of her favorite '80s cult film “Gremlins,” which you can see below.

She is now focusing on mixed media and collage work. In the past, she was exploring more classic fine art mediums like oils and pastels. Her pieces are striking and powerful and it's clear that her art carries meaning. In addition to her passion and skills for art, she is also highly specialized in graphic design and web development. We love her philosophy on art and her passion to always keep on expanding her skills.

To check out Melanie’s work, follow her on Instagram @melartistangent or check out her website here.
